By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.GENERAL TERMS
I. Process: Please write in a clear and nice manner. Text describing the characters is accepted if you do not have a reference sheet, but please provide photos as references so the final product can be as accurate to the concept as possible.

II. WIPs: I, the artist do not allow posting of WIPs online as they are strictly confidential. But I allow sending my WIPs through private messages with friends or someone you're in contact with prior to the commission.
•I will send WIPs once a sketch is finished or if I have a question about the art commission.
•My current turnaround time is 1 week to 3 months. Rush commissions provide an extra fee of
•Turnaround time may vary in case I fall ill or any issues uprise such as schoolwork and other responsibilities, however you will be notified of these changes asap.

III. Revisions: First major change comes without a fee, but any major changes after the first change will come with an extra charge.
(ex: outfit change, pose change, background change or anything that requires me to redraw it completely.)

IV. Payment: All my commissions are to be paid upfront. I ACCEPT ALL KINDS OF CURRENCY (PHP, USD, CAD, etc.) I do not accept in-game currencies and items unless stated otherwise on a post/announcement.COPYRIGHT POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawingTherefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
•Promote myself on any place or site.
•To display it anywhere to my liking.
•To post it wherever I want. (unless the commissioner states not to)However, the commissioner is allowed to:
•Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
•Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
•Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If the copyright infringement is broken in any way, all rights you have of the drawing will be retracted.

A purchase of Commercial Use/ Commercial Rights of the artwork will be twice the cost of the original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to:
•Make any sort of merch with the artwork.
•Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
•Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.CANCELLATION POLICY
•The artist has the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
•The commissioner cannot cancel or demand a refund from the artist after payment is received, unless I, the artist cannot finish the artwork due to unforeseen circumstances
•If the payment has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
